As engineering students not so long ago, we were frustrated by the lack of career clarity, and even more so by the lack of diversity and poor retention in the sector. So many of our peers left university feeling completely lost.
Searching for purposeful careers was a struggle, and we felt like our abilities were a complex representation of ourselves. Something which we didn't feel was accurately reflected in our job applications.
We wanted to build a platform which provided not only a seamless solution to existing problems but addressed the future workforce at the same time.
